Prepare your Mind and Heart for Motherhood…

The Peaceful Pregnancy Circle Online Course is a unique weekly evening online class, designed to help women relax, rejuvenate, reflect and honour the special and transformative time of pregnancy.  

The 6 week block course explores themes through meditation, mindfulness, breathing, self reflection, art and movement. You will also learn a specific and effective breath technique for labour and birth.
